The Tug
After creating my earlier piece on memories, I found myself unable to move on from the feeling it left behind. It wasn’t just about memory as something we look back at, but something that quietly lives with us… shaping us, grounding us, and sometimes pulling at us in ways we don’t fully understand.
I wanted to stay with that feeling a little longer.
This piece became my way of exploring what it means to hold on to memories, to dreams, to the quiet emotions we keep close. The kind that don’t leave us, even when time moves forward. The kind that anchor us, but also gently tether us.
I couldn’t resist but add a floating balloon, because the fact remains that some things just leave us with time.
I hope you will resonate with my thoughts behind the tug.
